General Policy
At Digi Vector, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions. However, due to the nature of digital services and custom development work, we have a specific refund structure in place. We encourage all clients to clarify their requirements and scope of work before commencing any project.
Web Design & Development
- info Initial Deposit: The 50% initial deposit required to start a project is non-refundable. This covers our initial consultation, strategy planning, and design mockups.
- info Cancellation Before Completion: If you cancel the project after the initial design has been approved but before the final website is launched, you will not be liable for the remaining balance, but previous payments will not be refunded.
- check_circle Full Refund: A full refund (excluding transaction fees) may be granted only if we have not started work on your project within 7 days of payment.
Marketing & Ads Services
For services including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Social Media Management:
- info Ad Spend: Payments made directly to advertising platforms (Facebook, Google) are non-refundable by Digi Vector as these are third-party costs.
- info Management Fees: Monthly management fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable once the service month has commenced. You may cancel upcoming months with 30 days' notice.
